Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Evony War Room, including its website, tools, account features, optimization services, and Search Credits.

By using Evony War Room, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About Evony War Room

Evony War Room is an independent, fan-operated website providing tools, calculations, comparisons, and other resources for players of Evony: The King’s Return.

Evony War Room is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Evony, Top Games, or their affiliates.

Evony and related names, trademarks, and game content belong to their respective owners. References to the game are used to identify the game for which Evony War Room provides independent tools and information.

2. Accounts

Some Evony War Room features require an account.

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for using the service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not create or use multiple accounts to circumvent payment requirements, usage limits, promotional restrictions, access controls, or other service rules.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security concerns, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms.

3. Public Beta

Some Evony War Room features, including optimization tools, may be offered as part of a public beta.

Beta features may contain errors, change over time, be temporarily unavailable, or produce results that are later revised as the service, game data, or calculation methods develop.

We may add, modify, or discontinue beta features as the service evolves.

4. Search Credits

Certain optimization searches require Search Credits.

The number of Search Credits required for a search is displayed before the search is submitted. Different search types may require different numbers of Search Credits.

Purchased Search Credits:

• do not expire;
• have no cash value except where a refund is approved under our Refund Policy;
• may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged between accounts;
• are intended solely for use with eligible Evony War Room services.

Search Credits are deducted when used for eligible searches according to the rules displayed by the service.

Evony War Room may also offer complimentary, promotional, or trial access to certain features from time to time. Such access may be limited, changed, or withdrawn and has no cash value.

5. Purchases and Payment Processing

Prices and the number of Search Credits included in each purchase are displayed before checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns

When you make a purchase through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the transaction, while Evony War Room provides the underlying service and makes purchased Search Credits available to your account.

Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to transactions processed through Paddle.

By making a purchase, you also agree to our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Unused Search Credit purchases are generally eligible for a full refund when requested within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

Purchases that have been substantially or fully used are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where another exception in the Refund Policy applies.

7. Optimization Results and Game Information

Evony War Room provides calculations, rankings, comparisons, and recommendations based on available game information and the assumptions described by the site.

These results are intended to assist with gameplay decisions. They are not guarantees of:

• battle outcomes;
• troop losses or kills;
• in-game performance;
• future game behavior;
• continued accuracy after game updates.

Evony War Room is not a complete battle simulator, and some game mechanics may be unknown, ambiguous, changed by the game publisher, or outside the scope of our models.

You remain responsible for deciding how to use the information provided by the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• attempt to obtain Search Credits, searches, or paid services without authorization or payment;
• exploit bugs or technical errors to avoid Search Credit charges;
• create multiple accounts to circumvent service limits or promotional restrictions;
• interfere with or attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service;
• attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or information;
• use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable load on the service;
• reverse engineer or exploit nonpublic portions of Evony War Room except where permitted by applicable law;
• use the service for unlawful activity.

If you discover a bug that affects Search Credits, payments, accounts, or access controls, please report it to support@evonywarroom.com rather than exploiting it.

9. Evony War Room Content and Services

We retain our rights in the original software, calculations, site design, documentation, and other original material created for Evony War Room.

Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of Evony War Room software, data systems, or proprietary calculation methods.

These Terms do not claim ownership of Evony, Evony: The King’s Return, or intellectual property belonging to Top Games or other third parties.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Evony War Room available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may temporarily suspend portions of the service for maintenance, security, technical problems, game-data updates, or other operational reasons.

We may change features, Search Credit costs, prices, calculation methods, or these Terms in the future.

Changes will not cause previously purchased Search Credits to expire.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Evony War Room is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every gameplay situation, or that calculations will remain accurate after changes to the underlying game.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Evony War Room is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the service, including in-game losses, missed opportunities, or gameplay decisions based on site results.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Privacy

Use of Evony War Room is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the information we collect and how it is used.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Evony War Room develops.

The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the site where appropriate.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
